Andrea Seymour

Andrea Seymour leads recruiting efforts at Zekelman across all business functions. She oversees a team of internal recruiters who fulfill all staffing requirements for the business, from high-volume hourly staffing for manufacturing plants to salaried staffing for corporate, sales and executive hiring.

In her 20+ years of recruiting experience, Andrea has held a variety of positions with increasing responsibilities including Branch Manager, Area Manager, Director and Vice President. Throughout her career, Andrea has worked in contingent staffing, executive search and corporate talent acquisition.

Recruiting is her passion, and recruiting for an organization like Zekelman is also a privilege for Andrea. She values the opportunity to truly partner with the business in a company that sees talent acquisition as a strategic, value-added necessity, rather than a transactional process. Hiring exceptional talent to continue to grow an exceptional organization is a shared goal throughout the enterprise.

In addition to her role at Zekelman, Andrea currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Madison County Humane Society, where she spends volunteer time and has adopted family pets for several years. She enjoys traveling with her husband and three sons.
