CHICAGO (February 15, 2017) — Zekelman Industries announced that it has finalized the acquisition of Western Tube & Conduit Corporation.

Through this acquisition, Zekelman Industries will expand its presence across the western half of the United States and Canada in the electrical, fence and mechanical tube markets.
