Mike Graham

Mike Graham is responsible for executing strategic financial objectives and ensuring strong financial performance for Zekelman Industries by leading the treasury, finance, accounting and insurance functions and working effectively within the financial community.

Mike previously held senior positions at a variety of public and private companies — most recently, Mike has held senior financial leadership positions at publicly held companies including Career Education Corporation; Sears, Roebuck and Co.; the Quaker Oats Company; and R.R. Donnelley. He has also been in CFO positions at several privately held and private equity sponsored firms. Mike has more than 40 years of finance and accounting experience. He is well experienced in all aspects of financial management, including controllership, financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, and business strategy. He has a Bachelor of Science in commerce from DePaul University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
